Hi, my name is Shaelyn!
I’ve loved flowers for as long as I can remember. They’ve always been special to me—little reminders of beauty, even in ordinary moments.
While serving a mission in Germany, Covid changed everything. My companion and I were suddenly confined indoors, allowed only one hour outside each day. During that time, we began picking flowers and pressing them, simply as a way to bring a little joy and purpose into an otherwise monotonous season. I didn’t realize it then, but that small habit would stay with me.
Later, after I got married, I unknowingly threw away my wedding bouquet. When I discovered months later that wedding bouquets could be preserved, I was heartbroken knowing mine was gone forever. That loss sparked something in me.
I began preserving flowers so no one else would have to experience that regret—so wedding bouquets and meaningful blooms could be kept, cherished, and remembered. What started as a love for flowers has become a way for me to help preserve the moments that matter most.
